Chargé de partenariats internet MEETIC (H/F)
Vous participerez aux objectifs du département Business développement en fidélisant et en développant nos partenariats avec des acteurs majeurs du marché (Orange , AOL, Yahoo, Alice, Lycos Europe, Free, Club Internet…).
Dans le cadre de ce poste vous prenez en charge les missions suivantes :
- Développement de contacts privilégiés et optimisation de la rentabilité des intégrations sur les sites partenaires.

Pilotage de campagnes e-pub par le biais d’analyses (taux de
conversion, ROI…) et contribution à l’optimisation de leurs
performances.
- Coordination entre les différentes équipes de
production et participation à la recherche de nouveaux partenariats en
collaboration avec notre business développeur.
Vos atouts pour mener à bien cette mission seront avant tout votre capacité relationnelle, votre créativité marketing ainsi que votre sens de l'analyse chiffrée. Curieux, vous aurez toujours un temps d'avance par rapport à la concurrence. Vous maîtrisez obligatoirement un anglais courant.
Vous disposez d'au moins 2/3 ans d’expérience dans le marketing on-line, idéalement pour un site de e-business présent dans plusieurs pays européens.

ENVIRONMENT:
Launched in May 2007, TVtrip.com is the first website to enable hotel searches using online videos. The site offers over 7000 videos showing rooms and services of over 2000 hotels in the top 125 worldwide destinations. TVtrip.com is an impartial service which includes a section for visitors to the site to post comments and evaluations. It also offers the possibility to book the hotels through partnerships with online travel agencies such as Expedia, Booking and Venere or directly on the hotel websites. Tvtrip is available in 13 languages.
TVtrip is a new actor, quickly growing and building strong commercial relationships with key players in the online travel space.
TVtrip is well funded, backed up by prestigious VCs.
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Primary job function includes ads sales and biz development dimension in Europe and America:
- lead the ads sales efforts in establishing and contracting new relationships with key announcers on the site
- build content distribution deals with key partner sites
Additional requirement include: maintenance of accounts, sales presentations and attendance at travel industry related functions, as well as the provision of timely and detailed reporting of activity against targets to key internal audiences.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Lead the sales effort in establishing and ultimately contracting announcers on TVtrip sites :
- Define sales strategy for TVtrip sites in key European markets, South and North America.

Create offers on TVtrip sites for key partners and announcers: hotel
chains, online travel agencies, airlines, key travel vendors.

Build the adequate internal or external organization to achieve sales
revenues objectives per country. Aggressively, manage self and sales
team against monthly and weekly goals and targets.
- Establish initial relationships and contracting with key Partners
- Maintenance of key accounts by providing:
- Weekly/monthly reporting.
- Merchandising/advertising opportunities.
- Support in identifying and creating opportunities for growth.
- Initiate annual contract renewal for larger Accounts.
2.Lead Content distribution deals with partner sites :
- Identify Partner sites which could value the integration of TVtrip hotel video content
- Define remuneration models in order to achieve revenues target.
- Build the adequate biz development organization.

Establish initial relationships and contracting with key Partners:
portals, OTAs, destination guides, tourism boards, yellow pages.
- Liaise with technical team for implementation
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL :
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience for online players
- Strong knowledge of online media environment.
- Experience in key accounts negotiation
- Excellent at managing time and reporting results and progress in a structured and timely fashion.
- Experience of day-to-day management of business operations.

Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a
persuasive, comprehensible manner with an understanding of their needs.
- Statistical/analytical capacity.
- Professional ‘get it done’ attitude.
- Ability to work effectively across culture and geographies within Europe – high degree of mobility.
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language
IDEAL :
- Knowledge of online travel industry.
